Any active appointment made in UALA will be honoured. To be sure you receive reminders as usual, double-check your ‘Communication Preferences’ in your ‘Treatwell Account’, in the ‘Preferences’ section.

I still have some UALA Credits: how can I use them?

You can request a Treatwell voucher for the same amount of your UALA Credits. The only thing you need to do is:

• Create a Treatwell Account HERE
• Submit a request HERE
• Wait for the confirmation email from our support team.

Once you receive the confirmation, check the Wallet section in your Treatwell Account from your desktop, and there you go! Enjoy the Treatwell vibes ✨

I had favourite venues saved in my UALA Account; how can I find them?

All the favourites venues you had saved on your UALA Account are still available to book; you only need to find them through the Treatwell app or website. Download the app HERE, create a Treatwell Account and find your favourite venues among the 50,000 hair and beauty salons available!
