We realise that sometimes the appointment just can't go ahead. If you can't reschedule and need to cancel and request a refund, here's how to do that.
We’ve made rescheduling easy to help clients and salons. Cancellations are not reversible and for the majority of our salons, you can reschedule up to one hour before your appointment time. Just head to this article and take it from there.
If you do need to cancel, remember to check your cancellation policy before you do. It's pretty flexible but there are some instances where a refund won't be automatically sent - usually if you cancel outside of the cancellation policy. Check these articles for more info on Treatwell's booking or refund policies.
When you're ready to cancel follow these steps depending on whether you're an app or web user:
App
Your upcoming booking should present on the home screen when you open the app - if not, click on 'My Bookings' on the lower part of the screen. From here, select 'view booking details' on the appointment and 'manage booking'. You'll then have the option to reschedule or cancel - hit cancel and then click 'cancel booking'. You'll be asked to add a cancellation reason and once you've selected that your appointment will be cancelled.
Web
In your account or confirmation email look for 'cancel booking', select your cancellation reason and click 'cancel booking'. That's it.
If you're due a refund, this will be sent back to your original payment method. For more details on refunds check here. We'll send an email to the salon or spa to let them know you can't make it and why.
