It’s so annoying when you can’t find the scrap of paper where you scribbled down that crucial password. Firstly you need to be sure you have a profile on Treatwell. Often people buy a brilliant treatment on Treatwell or sign up to our newsletters but don't create a profile. If this is you, click to sign up and get started.
If you do have a profile on Treatwell and are unable to log in you’ll need to reset your password. It should be 8 characters long and it can't be a password you've used before. Here’s how to reset:
On the app:
- Go to “My bookings”
- Tap Settings
- Tap Logout
- Tap 'Log in'
- Select 'Forgot your password?'
On desktop:
- Tap 'Log in' (top right)
- Select 'Forgot your password?'
