We’ve made rescheduling simple to ensure you never miss your favourite treatment, even when life gets in the way.
If you'd like to reschedule an appointment, first check the venue's policy to see your options. Most venues now allow rescheduling up to 1 hour before your appointment. Once you’ve confirmed you’re within this policy, you can easily choose a new date for your booking through the app or web.
App
If you're rescheduling via the app, your upcoming booking should appear on the home screen. If not, click 'My Bookings' at the bottom of the screen. From there, select 'View booking details' on the appointment, then 'Manage booking'. You’ll have the option to reschedule – tap 'Change time' and either choose your preferred team member or go straight to the calendar to select a new time and date. Once you’ve chosen, confirm the details, and your appointment will be updated.
Web
Head to your account or confirmation email and find 'Reschedule'. Click there, and you can either choose your preferred team member or go directly to the calendar to select your new date and time. Click 'Confirm reschedule', and you're all set. Your updated appointment details will show in your account.
We’ll notify the salon about your changes as well, so everything’s taken care of.
Please note the following:
- You can only move your appointment to another time at the same price.
- If you'd like to reschedule an appointment that has been discounted, you’ll need to contact the salon directly.
