We’ve made rescheduling easy to help clients and salons and for the majority of our salons, you can reschedule up to one hour before your appointment time. Check your reschedule policy to see what the options are for your booking.
Rescheduling couldn't be easier from the app, web or your confirmation email. Just keep in mind that it's only possible to move your appointment to another time slot with the same price (particularly important if your original booking was discounted by the salon). Follow these steps to make your appointment work for you:
If you're rescheduling from the app, your upcoming booking should present on the home screen - if not, click on 'My Bookings' on the lower part of the screen. From here, select 'view booking details' on the appointment and 'manage booking'. You'll then have the option to reschedule - hit 'change time' and and choose your preferred team member if possible or head straight into the calendar view to select the new date and time that's best for you. Once you've selected your new date or time confirm the new details and your appointment will be updated.
Head to your account or confirmation email and look for 'Reschedule'. Click there and choose your preferred team member if possible or head straight into selecting your new date or time from the calendar view. Click 'Confirm Reschedule' and you're done - your account will show your updated appointment details.
We'll email the salon to let them know about your change as well so you're good to go.
