How do I turn app push notifications on or off?

Push notifications are a great way for you to keep up to speed with your Treatwell account and bookings.

We’ll send a reminder for any upcoming appointments as well as invite you to leave a review or rebook when it's time. 

A soon as you download the Treatwell app you’ll be asked whether you’d like to receive push notifications; just tap “Ok” to get set up.

If you’ve previously selected not to receive push notifications but have changed your mind, here’s how to enable them:

On apple and android devices:

1. Go to settings
2. Tap “Notifications”
3. Find the Treatwell app (or search for it)
4. Tap the button next to “Allow Notifications”

In both cases, you’ll also be able to customise the appearance and sound of the notifications, or whether you’ll be notified when your device is on silent - you’ll never miss an update again!
