How can I unsubscribe from newsletters sent by the salon?

Whenever you make a booking, we’ll ask you on the checkout page if you’d like to receive marketing emails from Treatwell, and also from the salon that you’re booking with. 

If you’ve said yes to either of those options, it’s easy to unsubscribe at any time. For emails being sent from Treatwell follow these instructions. 

For emails being sent to you from a salon, you’ll always find an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. Click it to update your preferences. 

You’ll still receive transactional emails from us - like appointment confirmations and reminders - so that we can update you about any changes to your booking.
