Loved your treatment and want to share it with the world? We’ve got you.
Leaving a review on Treatwell is the best way to share your experiences and recommendations with other Treatwell customers.
If you’re having trouble leaving your review, or haven’t received the invitation, it could be caused by a few things:
1. You’re not eligible to leave a review.
If your booking was cancelled or marked as a ‘no show’, you won’t be asked to leave a review. This is because Treatwell reviews are about the beauty treatment itself, and not the booking experience.
2. We don’t have your contact information
If you booked directly with the salon, or via their ‘book now’ buttons, you’ll only be able to leave a review if we have your email address, you’ve consented to receive marketing content from the salon, and they have chosen to send review invitations to their clients.
3. Your email invitation is in your spam folder
Sometimes, your email provider might filter your review invitation to your spam folder, so take a look there. If you have the Treatwell app, you’ll also be able to review via the ‘My Bookings’ section.
4. You’ve already left the review
If you’ve already left a review for the treatment, and it’s been deactivated, you won't be able to leave another. Equally, if you abandoned your review halfway through the process, the system might think it has already been left and can take a while to catch up to itself.
5. There’s been a tech issue
No one’s perfect! It’s possible that your review can’t be left because of a problem on our side. If you’ve checked the above and everything seems fine, let us know by chat and we’ll take a look for you.
