If you’re having issues while you’re using the Treatwell app, such as it crashing or failing to load a page, there are a few easy steps you can take to solve the problem.
On an iPhone or iPad, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and check in your settings whether you need to perform a software update.
If this doesn't solve the problem, turn off your device and then back on again, which gives the app a chance to update itself.
If you're using an Android mobile or tablet, there are a few Troubleshooting Steps that you can try to resolve any minor issues.
If that doesn't work, try testing your phone in safe mode to check whether it's your device or another app that's causing the issue. Or, you might need to contact your phone's manufacturer.
Computers and laptops
If you're using a laptop or computer, try clearing the cache and cookies of your browser, checking for any available browser updates, and any available updates to your computer itself.

- The operating system of your device and the version you're running
- The app/browser version
- The email address of the account you're using
