I've been refunded in Treatwell credit, can I get a cash refund instead?

If you’ve received a refund in the form of a Treatwell credit note instead of back to your bank card, we might be able to change that.

When placing your original booking, if you paid using a gift card or credit note, it’s not possible to refund that amount to a different payment method because our systems can only revert your original payment.

If you’ve originally booked using your bank card, and received a refund in the form of a credit note which you’ve later used to rebook, we might be able to refund this second order back to your original payment method if necessary. You’ll need to contact us with the details of both bookings and we can take a look for you. 

If your booking was a gift which someone else has paid for on your behalf, we’ll provide you with a credit note if the order needs to be refunded. However, if you’d rather the amount be refunded back to the person who gave you the gift, they can contact us and we’ll make that happen.
