Whenever you book via Treatwell, we let the salon know via email and push notification, and the appointment appears automatically in their calendar software.
Each of those notifications includes the appointment details, and whether you’ve chosen to pre-pay for the treatments, too.
If the salon you’ve booked with have missed the information and asked you to pay at the salon, your best and quickest option is to contact them to arrange a refund for the extra payment you’ve made.
Alternatively, you can reach out to us providing proof of the double payment (such as a photo of your receipt or bank statement) and we’ll arrange a refund once the salon has confirmed that that’s okay.
