How can I get a VAT invoice or receipt for my booking?

Whenever you make a booking via Treatwell, you’re really purchasing the treatment from the salon that you’re booking with.

Here at Treatwell, we provide a platform for our partner salon’s to advertise themselves and we help them facilitate that payment. 

The amount that you pay for the treatment is given to the salon (after all, they’re doing the hard work and using their time and resources) and we don't charge you any VAT. Because of that, we’re not able to provide you with an invoice or VAT receipt for the booking. 

If you need an invoice or VAT receipt, the salon can provide that to you directly; just drop them an email.
