If you’ve been refunded for an order which was paid for using a bank or credit card, but you no longer have access to that card, don’t panic!
If the bank account associated with that card is still active, your bank will return the amount to your account regardless.
If the account isn’t active, your bank will be able to forward the amount to a different account that you own.
If within 5 business days from the refund*, you haven't received the amount yet, get in touch with us by clicking on the 'Chat Support' button in your Treatwell account and we'll provide you with the refund details and ARN number, which you can take to the bank.
*Please note that PayPal can take up to 30 working days for a refund to go through, even if Treatwell has processed it within 3-5 working days.
