If you’ve been refunded for an order which was paid for using a bank or credit card, but you no longer have access to that card, don’t panic!
If the bank account associated with that card is still active, your bank will return the amount to your account regardless.
If the account isn’t active, your bank will be able to forward the amount to a different account that you own.
In both cases, get in touch with us and we’ll provide you with the refund details and ARN number which you can take to the bank.
