I have an unrecognised transaction in my bank, what can I do?
We know how stressful it can be to see a payment on your bank statement that you don’t recognise.
Luckily, with the right information, our finance team are able to track down that payment in the system and refund you if necessary.
To do that, we’ll need:
- Your full name
- The amount that has been deducted
- Card type - Visa or Mastercard
- The last 4 digits of your bank card
- The date of the transaction
- Expiry date
- Email address
