Changes can happen when you arrive for your appointment. Perhaps you’re not suitable for one of the treatments you’ve booked, or there’s been a reduction in price.
If that’s the case and you need a partial refund, the salon should contact us to confirm the amount, and we’ll take care of the rest.
If you contact us first, we’ll double-check the refund amount with the salon and get back to you via email once we’ve had an answer.
