How do I import my previous web bookings to the app?

We know many of our customers have been using our website to book their favourite salons for years. If you're one of these people, you're also able to benefit from our app so you can book your appointments on the go.

So you have everything in one place, we've made sure you can import your previous web bookings to your app in 3 easy steps.

To import your web bookings to your app:

1. Go to "My Bookings" on the app.

2. From there, you'll find the option to "Import Bookings", and you'll be asked to enter your email address that you previously used to book with.

3. To confirm the account is yours, you'll receive an email from us with a link to verify the request. Click on the link (using the same device that the app is installed on) and you'll see all of your past bookings appear in your account.
