Trying to check out your booking but having problems entering your phone number? No need to worry - there are several reasons your phone number might not be working at the checkout, so before you contact us, please check:
You have entered the phone number correctly
You have used the correct prefix
- The phone number has not been previously used by another Treatwell user account
If the problem persists after you've double-checked that the number is correct, then you can get in contact with us. Click on "Phone number verification" in the drop-down menu, and fill in the form with your email address and phone number. We'll get in touch by email within 24 hours to solve the problem.
