If you can’t find this email, double check your junk mail folder. If you do find it hiding in there, label it as ‘not junk’ and add our email address to your contacts - that should stop it happening next time.
You can also find your past bookings and successfully placed orders by logging into your Treatwell account.
If you still can’t see your booking, it is possible that an incorrect email address was entered on the booking form. Please email email@example.com with the following information and we will be happy to locate the booking for you:
- The email address most likely used to complete your purchase
- Name under which the booking was made
- Name of venue
- Service purchased
- Date of service
- Date booking was made
