The best place to start is by speaking to the owner or manager – often misunderstandings, mistakes or problems can be addressed or rectified right away by the venue themselves.
You can find the contact details for the venue you visited in your booking confirmation email from Treatwell or by clicking on 'My Bookings' section once logged into your Treatwell account.
