Yes! Before you cancel the booking, take a look at the cancellation policy for your order, this will explain whether you are able to cancel and how you will be refunded.
You can find the cancellation policy in two places; at the bottom of your booking page within your Treatwell account and also in your booking confirmation email.
You can change or cancel upcoming bookings through your Treatwell account. If you are due a refund it will be processed automatically and we shall confirm this in an email to you.
