How can I report a review?

If you believe a review breaches our Community Guidelines, or shouldn't be online, you’re welcome to report it to our Review Team.

Reviews often come down to personal opinion, so it's hard to prove them 'right' or 'wrong', but the first step is to have a quick look at our Review Guidelines to see if the review has broken them.

If the person leaving the review has used bad language, or you can prove they've used a false identity, let us know and we'll investigate.

Our Review Team will typically let you know via email within a few business days about the outcome of your report.
