We all know how difficult it is trying to juggle our passwords and keep on top of what to use where. The good news is, we've made it nice and easy to regain access to your account if you ever get locked out.
The first step in solving the problem is to be sure you have a profile on Treatwell. Often people will buy a brilliant treatment on Treatwell or sign up to our newsletters but don't create a profile. If this is you, click to sign up and get started.
If you do have a profile on Treatwell and are unable to log in, you’ll need to reset your password. It should be 8 characters long and it can't be a password you've used before. Here’s how to reset it:
On the app:
- Go to “My bookings”
- Tap Settings
- Tap Logout
- Tap 'Log in'
- Select 'Forgot your password?'
On desktop:
- Tap 'Log in' (top right)
- Select 'Forgot your password?'
