Noticed a payment error? Here's an overview of how our charges work.
Treatwell charges will appear in your banking as 'Treatwell'. If you think the price showing is incorrect (different to that stated on the website or app), contact our Customer Experience team and we'll take a look. We'll need the following details:
- Order reference
- Charge
- We may also ask for proof (eg. a card statement).
If you're asked for a supplementary charge during your appointment. please provide us with the following:
- Order reference
- Date of appointment
- Charge involved
- Reason given for extra charge
- Name of staff member who made the charge
Unless otherwise stated in the terms and conditions of the offer, you should not incur any further cost.
