We’ve made rescheduling easy to ensure you never have to miss out on your favourite treatment because life has got in the way.
If you would like to reschedule an appointment, first be sure to check the venue's policy that you have booked with to see your options. When you've confirmed that you're within the venue's rescheduling policy, you can then choose a new date for your booking through the app or web.
If you're rescheduling from the app, your upcoming booking should be present on the home screen - if not, click on 'My Bookings' on the lower part of the screen. From here, select 'View booking details' on the appointment and 'Manage booking'. You'll then have the option to reschedule - hit 'Change time' and choose your preferred team member or head straight into the calendar view to select the new time and date. Once you've selected your time, confirm the details and your appointment will be updated.
Head to your account or confirmation email and look for 'Reschedule'. Click there and choose your preferred team member if possible or head straight into selecting your new date or time from the calendar view. Click 'Confirm reschedule' and you're done - your account will show your updated appointment details.
We'll email the salon to let them know about your change as well, so you're good to go.

It's only possible to move your appointment to another time with the same price.
You must contact the salon directly if you'd like to reschedule an appointment that has been discounted.
