How do I change the treatments I booked?

At the moment, it’s not possible to add extra treatments to your appointment, or change to a different treatment once it’s been booked. But, here’s what you can do instead:

Adding an extra service:

You can either make a separate booking for the extra treatment or call the salon and check if they’ll have time to squeeze in both treatments. If that’s possible, they can make a note of the changes on their side.

Changing the treatment you’ve booked:

In this case, you’ll need to reach out to the salon to request that they update your booking in the system. When the change has been made, you’ll receive an email to confirm them.
