If you ever try to make a booking and there’s an issue with your payment, the booking won’t be made successfully and you won’t receive a confirmation email for your appointment. Equally, the appointment won’t show up in the Treatwell app.
If you were also trying to use a promo code, gift card or credit note on the booking, it will appear as being used, even though the booking wasn’t successful.
Don’t worry, it’s just a matter of the system catching up with itself and recognising that the original booking wasn’t made successfully. Once that’s happened, you’ll be able to use the code again. This usually happens within 30 minutes or so, and then you’re good to go.
