If you’ve received a refund in the form of a Treatwell credit note instead of back to your bank card, we might be able to change that.
When placing your original booking, if you paid using a gift card or credit note, it’s not possible to refund that amount to a different payment method because our systems can only revert your original payment.
Suppose you’ve originally booked using your bank card, and received a refund in the form of a credit note, which you’ve later used to rebook. In that case, we might be able to refund this second order back to your original payment method if necessary. You’ll need to contact us with the details of both bookings, and we can take a look for you. Please initiate a chat session by clicking the 'Chat Support' button in your Treatwell account.
If your booking was a gift which someone else has paid for on your behalf, we’ll provide you with a credit note if the order needs to be refunded. However, if you’d rather the amount be refunded to the person who gave you the gift, they can contact us, and we’ll make that happen.
