Changes can happen when you arrive for your appointment. Perhaps you’re not suitable for one of the treatments you’ve booked, or there’s been a reduction in price.
If that’s the case, and you need a partial refund, the salon should contact us to confirm the amount, and we’ll take care of the rest. Through your Treatwell Account, click on your current booking to load the salon's details - you’ll find all the venue’s contact information there.
If you contact us first, we’ll double-check the refund amount with the salon and get back to you once we’ve had an answer.
