How and where do I find my appointment information?

Can’t find out the details for your upcoming appointment? No need to panic, you can find out all the info you need in the following places:

• Confirmation email

Every time you book an appointment through Treatwell you will receive a confirmation email with all the important details about your booking. This includes everything from the salon address to the team member you’re booked with. 

• Account

If you go to the "My Bookings" section and select the appointment, you can see all the relevant details you need.

• Calendar

The best way to keep your appointment details safe is to add the appointment to your calendar, which will include all key info about your booking.

If you need to manage your booking, you can do it from your confirmation email or on your account - both will give you the option to reschedule your appointment or cancel.
