How do I pay with a gift card or promo code?

Whether a loved one has sent you a Treatwell gift card, or we’ve treated you to a discount, there’s no greater feeling than getting your favourite treatments for less.

If you’re wondering how to pay with your gift card or promo code, we’ve got you covered with these simple steps:

1. Choose the venue and treatment you’d like to book on the Treatwell Marketplace, along with the date and time, and head to the checkout page. Remember, our gift cards can only be used on the Treatwell Marketplace.

2. Gift cards and promo codes can only be used on prepaid appointments, so you’ll need to pay in advance. Select either card, PayPal, or Apple/Google Pay to pay any remaining balance, if necessary.

3. Below your payment details, you’ll see the option to “Add gift card or promo code”. If you’ve already added the code to your Treatwell Wallet then you can simply check the box next to the one you’d like to use. If not, just type your code in the box. 

Once your code has been applied, you’ll see your order total reduced automatically. Then, when the balance has been paid in full, click “Book Now”. We’ll send you a booking confirmation, and all that’s left to do is sit back, relax, and look forward to your upcoming treatment! 

Please note: You can see the conditions of your gift card, including its expiry date on your confirmation email or the gift card itself. Promo code conditions will be visible on the email or post you received it on.
