Reviews help other people make the right choice on where to go, and what to try. Like a recommendation from a friend, but virtual. Here's how to leave a review.
It's easy - and instant - from the app. Once you've had your treatment, you'll receive a push notification asking you to leave a review, or you can tap the button next to the appointment in the app itself.
If you don't have the app (yet) – no problem. You'll receive an email 1–3 days after your appointment, asking you to rate your experience.
When you leave your review, we'll ask you a few things: how the treatment, team members and salon were, whether the price was good value and your overall rating. It's the overall rating that contributes towards the salon's average score. The other elements are there so future customers can filter the reviews section to suit their needs.
We know that verified reviews are what we all like the most, that's why you are asked to add your name too. But, don't be scared! You can use a nickname if you don't fancy having your name on the web.
