Your Treatwell profile contains some key information that we (or the salon) will use to contact you about your booking if needed.
We'll also use your information to make sure that we only send you content that's relevant to you (if you're subscribed to our newsletters). That might be discounts for salons in your area or simply sending our newsletter in the languages that you speak.
If there have been any changes to your info, it's best to let us know. Here's how:
Changing your name, phone number, email address or postcode
To change this information, you'll need to contact us so that we can update it in your account for you. We are working on some improvements to your Treatwell profile page so you should be able to make these changes yourself very soon.
Changing your country
On the web, you can visit treatwell.com and select the country that you'd like to book in. Easy!
On the app, head to "My bookings" and then click the settings icon in the top right. Tap "Country" and select the option that's right for you. You'll be asked to confirm the change, and then be taken to the marketplace of that specific country.
