If you've previously chosen to save your payment details when making a booking and had a change of heart, you can delete them from the system anytime.
On the app:
- Choose your salon, treatment, date and time (as you usually would to book an appointment), then go to the checkout page.
- Tap “Change payment method”. (A small pop-up will appear, which shows your stored cards).
- Swipe left on the card that says “Selected” to delete it.
On desktop:
- Choose your salon, treatment, date and time (as you usually would to book an appointment), then go to the checkout page.
- Under “Payment”, click the box where your saved card is showing.
- Tap the cross (“x”) to the right of the listed card to delete it.
If you don't wish to store your details in the future, just make sure the ‘save card details’ box is unticked on your next booking.
