We know how much you look forward to your upcoming treatment, so we also know how disappointing it can be when a salon cancels your booking. However, we want to make it easy as possible for you to get a full refund when this happens to make sure you won't have to miss out for long.
If a venue does need to cancel
We ask all our partners to contact you about it first - in case a reschedule can be agreed upon or to simply give you a heads up. In case the salon doesn’t contact you, we recommend sharing your feedback using the link in your cancellation email - this helps us give extra support to those particular salons so that this doesn’t happen again. If you paid online we'll get your money back to you as quickly as possible so you can get rebooked at your next forever venue.
If you didn’t receive an email from us confirming your refund, it could be that you cancelled the booking yourself instead of the salon. Don’t worry, you’ll just need to request the venue to process the refund, or reach out to our Customer Experience team on 0330 100 3515 or by filling out this form.
