We make it easy for you to manage your appointments including rescheduling and cancelling. If you do need to cancel, have a read of the conditions applied to your booking before you do.
Each Treatwell booking is made under its own unique cancellation conditions, determined by the salon itself. For both app and web customers we show you these at multiple points along your booking journey (e.g. on the checkout page and the order confirmation page) and are always visible on the:
- order confirmation email
- appointment card in the app
- in your Treatwell account
Check any of these at the time of cancelling to see where you stand.
There are a few things that form the booking cancellation policy including if you book in advance or last minute and the salon's own cancellation policy. We've broken down the most important bits for you here.
Essentially, you'll need to know if your booking is refundable or not at the time that you book and when you need to cancel. For the majority of our salons, you can reschedule up to one hour before or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Last minute bookings are those placed within 24 hours of the appointment start time and are non-refundable.
When looking at the cancellation conditions your booking falls under, check them carefully before you place your order and when considering a cancellation.
Refundable
This booking is fully refundable up until 11th August at 11.30am. If you cancel after this time you won't receive a refund. This info is taken from the booking confirmation email sent for every Treatwell order.
Non-refundable
This booking is non-refundable from the time of booking - all last minute bookings made fall under this cancellation condition.
