How can I change my review comment or star rating?

Changed your opinion? It happens! If you’d like to update the comment you left on your treatment review, we’ll be happy to arrange that for you. Just get in touch with your appointment details and your new comment and our team can make the change.

If you’ve had a change of heart about the star rating that you chose, unfortunately, we’re not able to update that. Your best option is to ask us to remove your review. Remember, if your review gets removed, you won’t be able to leave another one for the same appointment.
