To keep their client records and agenda up to date, all salon’s have the ability to mark an appointment as a ‘no show’ if a customer doesn’t make it to their appointment on time.
Whenever that happens, we’ll send you an email to confirm the finer details.
So that we can make sure our records are up to date too, you can let us know if the appointment did happen via the “let us know” button in your email. We’ll make sure to update your booking in the system, and if the treatment was received, we’ll send you an invitation to leave a review.
