How do I change the treatments I booked?

Here’s what you can do if you need to:

Add an extra service:

You can either make a separate booking for the extra treatment or call the salon and check if they’ll have time to squeeze in both treatments. If that’s possible, they can make a note of the changes on their side.

Change the treatment you’ve booked:

In this case, you’ll need to contact the salon to request that they update your booking in the system. Through your Treatwell Account, click on your current booking to load the salon's details - you’ll find all the venue’s contact information there.
