With Treatwell Rewards you'll receive benefits for simply being a loyal Treatwell customer.
How does it work?
Once you’ve created your Treatwell profile, you will automatically accumulate Treatwell Rewards when making bookings. Here is how you can earn points for each booking and also for reaching a few important milestones:
- 1 point per euro for every time you choose to pay for your booking at the venue.
- 3 points per euro for when you pay in advance with a credit card or gift card
* The Treatwell Rewards are only available on our APP or Web.
How do I convert my points to rewards?
When you've reached a certain number of points, you'll be able to convert them into pounds to spend towards your next treatment. With 1,500 points, you'll be able to claim €10 worth of credit, and with 2,500 you'll receive €25 credit.
How do I spend my rewards?
After redeeming your credit, you'll be able to see it in your wallet. When you're at the checkout if you select the payment method “Pay in advance”, you'll be able to choose to pay with the credit.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
If you cancel outside of the venue's cancellation policy:
You'll lose the points if you cancel outside of the venue's cancellation policy. If you're not sure what this is, check your booking confirmation email.
If you pay for the booking with your credits, you'll lose these.
If you cancel within the venue's cancellation policy:
You'll lose points if you cancel your booking, but if you pay with your credits, you'll receive these back in your wallet.
How long do I have to use my credit?
Once you've converted your points into credit, you have 1 month to use them before it expires.
Do my points expire?
Once you've started collecting your points, you have 12 months until they expire, and you'll no longer be able to convert the balance into credits.
Here are some reasons why you can not see the points:
- The Treatwell Rewards programme started on the 09th February 2023. Even if you had an account or bookings made with us before this, you will only receive points for new bookings made after this date.
- You booked with a guest account (you didn’t log into your account before booking your appointment*).
- Your appointment did not take place yet. (Then, it can take up to 48h after your booking to receive your points).
- You booked through Facebook, Instagram, Google or the venue’s direct website**
*Please note, we will not be able to transfer bookings to your account if you booked as a guest.
**Even though you receive a booking confirmation through Treatwell, you have booked directly with the venue, therefore we are unable to provide points.
