How do I manage my bookings made directly at the salon?

We know sometimes you prefer to book your appointments offline, but with Treatwell, this doesn't mean you can't manage these bookings online.

When you book an appointment with your favourite salon directly, you'll receive an SMS from us with a link to download our app - if you haven't already. Simply click on the link, insert your email address and you'll be able to manage your offline booking.

What's more, you'll also be able to view your booking history from the previous year - making rebooking your favourite treatment easier than ever before.

Please note: Rescheduling and cancelling your offline appointments will still be subject to the salon's policies.
